- Oversee management of scope changes, trends, and change notices initiated from the project.
- Applying appropriate metrics and tools for project control.
- To Recognize and evaluate actual or proposed changes to any aspect of project scope or schedule.
- To Keep the team motivated to get the optimal performance.
- To Identify cost-savings opportunities, and develop programs to achieve long-term savings.
- Any other task assigns by the project manager.
- Collaborating with technicians and the construction team to determine the specifications of the project.
- Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Collaborating with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team.
- Ability to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Planing all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Collaborating with warehouse personnel to acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.
- Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- Managing day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple construction projects.
- Working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building the process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
